This YaHaHa palette is a perfect choice for cozy forest adventurers! You can purchase this palette empty (no colors) or pre-filled with a beautiful selection of student-grade Grumbacher Academy pigments. The color story hues for this trio palette include two selections:
Makar: Burnt Umber, Hookers Green Light, and Yellow Ochre
Linder: Raw Umber, Crimson, and Hookers Green Light
Itās made from a combination of lasercut plexiglass and etched draftwood that has been hand-painted with green ink, and comes with an inbuilt magnetic closure to keep the pigments protected, and the reverse side provides a mixing surface for paints.
All of these palettes are Made-to-Order, and will only be available in a small batch for a limited time!
The best part? These palettes are reusable for years to come! To replenish a palette, look for tubed watercolor paint at any local or online art supply store.
*Please note that certain natural paint pigments (such as whites, ochres and browns) are prone to shrinkage and slight crackling when dehydrated. To revive a pigment or place one back into its pan, simply add a couple of drops of water to it!Ā
*Please note that the draftwood material is porous and will absorb any excess drops of pigment. Use it as an opportunity to paint a design yourself, or see it transform over time with loving usage! You can also opt to seal it with gel medium or wood varnish; if you prefer this as a service, please contact me!
